Using GW8 Mac Client v8.0.1 I'm unable to print the body of an email that originated offsite and was forwarded to me as an attachment. When printed, I'm only getting the following info from the forwarded message at the top of the page.. From: <sender> To: <recipient> Date: <date & time> Subject: <subject> The rest of the page is blank and no matter how long the message was there is only one page. I recently upgraded the GroupWise client on my mac (OSX 10.5.8) to version 8 SP1 HP1. All of a sudden, when I go to drag an attachment from an email to my desktop, instead of dragging the attachment, it creates a filed called 'Untitled Clipping' on the desktop. Inside the text/clipping file is a file path. When I go to drag it a second time, it then drags the attachment successfully. Hello, Our Mac workstations freeze every time mail comes into their mailbox, not to mention it takes awhile before they get the mail message. Does anyone know why the GW 6.5.5B 8/11/2005 clients does not show action history on recipients with the sent items properties? We have users using the GW 6.5.4 2/2005 working okay? Groupwise Client with 2nd Imap or POP3 Client
I have a customer running GW6 on a nw6 server. Their email/webmail is working great. A few of them have email address from another non groupwise server. I set up a second pop3 account to go to a folder that I created(also tried to send it to the inbox.) Groupwise shows that is downloading messages 1/5 or however many, but I can not find them anywhere. The log shows that it downloaded everything. On the same note the other server also runs imap. I can set up a Imap account, it will show me the header with a little half envelope beside them. I can not get it to open the ent..
